Cleaning of Bi-Component Nozzles PCT's unique process permits cleaning of
complex bi-component nozzles while fully assembled. All resin, carbon and colorant are removed
from the flow passages regardless of their complexity. Because the nozzles do not need to be
disassembled prior to cleaning, damage to expensive components has been eliminated.
The client is so confident of the cleaning quality offered by PCT, the assemblies are not
inspected after processing, and are put directly back in service.
